This is a new condition Honda CBR1000RR Tri-Color 2012 motorcycle with only 685 carefully broken in miles. The first service has been completed, including Honda Oil and Filter. The chain is clean and adjusted, the engine idle speed, brakes, everything checks out. I am an adult owner, 58 years of age and a licensed aircraft technician. To describe this motorcycle in a word... incredible. Everything you think it will do, it does 10 times better. As a comparison to this one, I have owned in the past a Honda RC51, a Yamaha R1, a BMW K1200GT, a Honda ST1100, and a Honda VFR800 Interceptor. This motorcycle is more fun than all of these put together. It has none of the bad traits a super bike can possess, it's smooth, responsive, very streetable, and you can actually see behind you. This is a bike you can ride every day and never get tired of it. The only reason I'm selling is due to some pending eye surgery. I'm not sure my riding will continue after this, therefore I'm selling it. This situation developed very recently, just shortly after I bought this bike. There isn't a mark on it, not a scratch, it's perfect in every way. I've done my best to photograph this bike from every angle, so there is nothing to hide. I've sold cars before on eBay, my feedback has always been 100%. I have to say, so far, selling this motorcycle has not been a pleasant experience for me. The first time I listed it, it sold at the reserve, and the buyer never came forward to complete the deal. The second time I listed it, every "expert negotiator" in the business came forward to tell me they could buy one for less somewhere else.Do me a favor, if you think you can buy one of these in this condition, with this equipment, carefully broken in and maintained professionally with such low mileage, go buy it. Spare me the time and trouble of responding, your "expert negotiator" skills are wasted on me. I'm a bit of a negotiator myself, I've bought a lot of cars and motorcycles over the years, this is not my first rodeo. So if you want a no-nonsense deal, here you go. This bike is a full thousand dollars below what you can buy a new one for anywhere in the country. It's already discounted, I realize you have costs involved to come get it, I did too when I bought it. That's just part of the deal, if you buy anything, if you want it, you have to come get it. That's why dealers charge you transportation and prep. Some of the extra things I've done with this bike, it has LED running lights, and flashing LED stop lights, enhancing the visibility when stopped and moving.It has rear frame sliders which act as pick up points for a pit stand. I'll throw in the pit stand, it makes chain maintenance, servicing the tire, oil changes and cleaning the real wheel a breeze.It has a pigtail connection to the battery for a C-TEK battery charger if you have one of those.It has a RAM mount in the center of the triple tree, making it easy to mount almost anything, bluetooth devices, phone, whatever. I have a waterproof box I can throw in for your cell phone. The title is clear, your payment will be made to my credit union, they will release the title to you.
