1980 Jeep CJ-7i will try and give my best description, i have a lot of money and time invested! well over 10,000 and not included is my original purchase price of jeep. Body: Painted Desert storm tan single stage satin finish, looks great in person,front fenders are smittybilt tube fenders with 3'' flare, rear has smittybilt quarter guards with 3'' flare, before paint we sealed jeep with ppg sealer. there is no rust on body, all was addressed and fixed, both front floor boards were cut out and removed and welded in than we used a seam sealer over welds, the whole interior was herculined. The back bumper is a warn bumper with a tire swing carrier with hitch and custom d-rings and latches. front bumper is stock with guard and a smittybilt xrc 8000 pound winch.interior has a waterproof cd player, and 2 custom 6x9 speakers between wheel well and roll bar. all lights work inside new indicator lights and aluminum knobs, heat works great, new heater core, wipers work, horn works, all gauges work and fuel gauge works, new sending unit with newer poly 15 gallon fuel tank.Brand new Bestop soft top black with tinted windows, doors are 2 piece soft doors spice colored. engine and drivetrain: straight six 258 block with a newer 4.0 head, no leaks, no taps, no weird noises, no smoke, pulls hard and runs 100%, Brand new Motorcraft 2100 carb conversion with electric choke #46 jets, Brand new Gm HEI conversion distributor 1 wire hook up, this is by far the best set up in my opinion, there is no stalling or hick ups with this carb, brand new 3 core heavy duty aluminum radiator, runs cool. It has manual brakes disc up front drum in the rear and a manual steering gear box , stops straight, steering is tight.Transmission is a t-150 3 speed cast iron case, by far the strongest transmission besides the t-18. clutch pressure plate and throw out bearing have only a few 1000 miles ontransfer case is a dana 20 4x4 works great.front rear is a dana 30 with 3;73 gears with a lock rite locker installed, ball joints and tie rods are al tight. Rear is a amc 20 wide track with 1piece superior axles installed, all new bearings, seals, drums, wheel cylinders, shoes and spring kit. has a full time locker by yukon with 3;73 gears, rear has been trussed and tubes welded. new brake lines with S.S. extended lines. also new perches were welded on with correct pinion angle , no vibrations in drivetrain, all new u joints in both driveshafts.It has a 4'' suspension lift with longer shackles and a 1 1/2'' body lift. there is no rubbing with the tires and just fits in my garage.standard height.Brand new 35''x12.50x15 Goodyear MTR with kevlars on black 15x8 rock crawler rims with a full size spare on back, i also have a high lift jack with a custom mount.
