suberb 1982 bmw r65. over 1200.00 spent at happs bmw in sarasota. carbs cleaned,all fluids,rear tire,exhaust crossover tubes and clamps,speedo cable,battery, and more. speedo was sent to overseas speedometer for a cleaning and service at a cost of an additional 260.00. so the total spent was 1500.00 to make this bike to run and start as new. i have a german made back rest and rack not pictured,winshield andcase guards too. the bags were added, they are factory painted black and llok nice but maybe chinese. solidly mounted tho. there are some minor marks in the paint, but nothing shows up in the pics, so they are minor. bottom line, this bike has less that 18k miles and is almost perfect in every way. this can be an every day driver. it will last a long time as any bmw cycle does.
