Vehicle Detail

You are bidding on a 1965 Chevrolet Nova SS. This car is a true SS that was originally a 6cyl car. It currently is running a 350ci small block chevy with a 2 speed powerglide. The engine and transmission are both freshly rebuilt and operate perfectly. The paint on this car is amazing. It has a chip on the passenger door (as seen in pics) but other than that it is extremely nice. The door jams, trunk jam, hood jam, under hood, and under trunk are also very well done. This paint job is definitely show quality except the chip. It is extremely straight and shiny. No waves or surface scratches. The body work and paint job cost just under $14,000 three years ago and has been sitting in storage until about 12 weeks ago. The glass on the car is all there and in excellent shape too. The windows all operate exactly as they should. The interior has been mostly all replaced with new. The seat covers (front and rear), the door panels, rear panels, and headliner. The carpet is slightly faded but still very nice. Eventually it will need a dash pad and rear speaker panel replaced to be perfect. The radio is also missing currently. It will need the bolt kit for the steering wheel to hold on the chrome, it is just sitting on for the picture right now. The console is factory and still in good shape. The following are some of the other new parts on the car: Complete dual exhaust Fuel tank Sending unit Fuel tank straps Front bumper Front bumper brackets Rear bumper Rear bumper brackets Headlight eyebrows (set) Headlight bezels (set) Front turn signal assemblies and lenses Wheel well molding (all 4) Door Rubber Trunk Rubber Left side mirror Tires (all 4) Front windshield molding (not installed yet) Rear leaf spring shackles and shackle bushings The car still needs some parts like the speedometer cable, rear view mirror and eventually front coil springs. The springs in the front are original 6cyl springs and should be replaced with V-8 springs. The passenger quarter panel was replaced and has not been drilled yet for the stainless piece that runs along the top. I have 3 out of 4 of these molding pieces that still need to be straightened and polished to be perfect (they do not reproduce them yet). The car has had close to $29,000 invested so far. It is very close to being completely finished. It can be completed for only a few hundred dollars. When completed it can easily be used as a show car or a beautiful cruiser. You chose!!! Please see my feedback and bid with confidence. Ask any questions you may have and I will answer them quickly. This car is extremely nice and will not disappoint. You will not find a nicer, high quality Nova for the price!! GOOD LUCK and HAPPY BIDDING!
