This classic car is still going like a jet engine, but is sadly in need of some repair. The major repairs being a leaking coolant tank, plus there is something wrong with either the timing chain or the transmission (after a mechanic put the chain on wrong and it was driven for 2 days, the car now requires you have to lift your foot off the gas to get through 1st and 2nd gear. The car has been driven like this for over 2 years, so it is still drivable, but I wouldn't suggest long distance until the coolant is fixed. Other minor damage to the car is the usual shrinkage of the leather seats, plus the convertible roof has some leaks in it. The drivers window has fallen in the door and the exhaust has come apart (but is still there). Two of the tail lights are not working either.The exterior has a slight dent in the passenger side, but other than that, is in great condition. This car has good strong bones and could be amazing again given the right care. Definitely a project for a Saab lover.
