Vehicle Detail

This Car is not your typical Mercedes Benz. It is the S-Class Coupe that was tuned when new in 1989. It has the 6.0 Liter engine based on the high-compression euro version, which puts out about 350HP. I have brought it to 160mph before I ran out of road (in Canada). It has AMG Headers, which I understand are difficult to come by. This car turns heads every time I drive it. It is in overall great shape, but it is 23 years old and it does have a few flaws. It has the signature SEC rear window color bleed at the corner (see photos). The trunk does not stay open as the AMG spoiler is too heavy for the shock that keeps the trunk up. A little quirk occurs in cold weather where the Speedometer will jump around, while the speed remains constant. It has a Genuine AMG full body kit, which is in near perfect shape. The paint is near perfect and has a great glossy shine. It has a fantastic sound system. It has two 12" subs and aftermarket speakers as well a crossover and amplifiers, all of which function normally. It is not a blow your neighbors door down system, hardly audible from outside the car when turned up, but inside it sounds nice. It has a new(er) Sony head unit with 10gigs of storage so you can download CDs straight to it. The car was recently serviced, where it received new front calipers and pads. It needs a new windshield washer reservoir as the current one is cracked. The only other issue I can find is that the seat belt extender for the drivers side does not work properly, but once you're buckled in it is fine. The car has 18" mono Block AMG rims, all in great shape, but have minimal curbing. the Tires are nearly new. I am also including a set of E430 Sport wheels with pirellis with the car. The car runs great with LOTS of POWER. I strongly encourage anyone interested to see and drive the car in person. Also do some research online about the AMG cars before AMG was bought my Mercedes Benz. A great resource is Benzworld.org in the W126 forum. Any questions, dont hesitate to ask. And yes, it has always been garage kept.
