This vehicle should be considered a winter project that needs everything. The vehicle does not run or drive. There are some areas of rust in the floor pans and rear quarters as shown in the pictures. The front passenger fender is a new replacement. The engine compartment and trunk are in very good condition. There is no evidence of previous body damage. The car is completely apart and is missing its original 289-2V engine and transmission. Included with the purchase is a replacement 289-2V V8 engine (that was running and removed from a 1967 Mercury Cougar) and a C4 automatic transmission (from the same Cougar). The car is missing the driver’s door, but the door glass, quarter window glass and frame and interior door panel are with the car. The car has two passenger seats and no driver’s seat. The passenger door will need new glass. The convertible frame is structurally sound. It is showing 19606 miles which is more than likely 119606 miles but we do not have any information on actual mileage. The car rolls extremely well on all four tires and would be easy to trailer load. The vehicle has been stored in a climate controlled warehouse during its current ownership.
