2001 Ford F-350 4X4 GVWR: 9900 LB This truck is the ultimate money making machine. Tires are basically new, they have about 1000 miles on them, heavy duty. F350 drives fantastic- straight and smooth, no engine noises. Very minor surface rust as you can expect from a truck that is 11 years old. Heating/AC works great. All exterior lights work. Inspected until 1/13. 8.5' Fisher 2 mount ez-v plow- fully functional, please take look at the pictures and all the variations. Hand control mounted in cab. In great condition! Air-Flo Engine Drive Cinder Spreader 1.7 cubic yard hopper (Bought this brand new in Feb 2012) used for 1 season. ONLY used cinders, we never have used salt! I'm sure this spreader will be great with salt as well as cinders. Briggs and Stratton engine. Spreader is remotely controlled from the cab. BONUS, with the spreader is a vibrator, toggle in cab to turn on/off, the vibrator aids in the flow of the cinders down the spreader shoot. Cinder Spreader details listed below. In great condition! All hopper spreaders are completely self-contained, ultra-durable spreader units designed for ice and snow control. The rugged design allows for use with salt, sand and other materials. The complete assembly mounts easily on pickup, dump and platform trucks making it ideal for municipalities, shopping malls, industries, hospitals and private contractors. MATERIAL HOPPER: Electrically welded stainless steel ends and sides sloped at 45º are constructed with channel formed top edges. Each side of the hopper has two Stainless steel vertical supports to add extra strength to the unit. The single lifting point on the cross support is located at the unit’s center of gravity to allow for easy loading and unloading. The floor and sills are constructed of stainless steel; sills have top edges formed down to protect the conveyor chain. An inverted V is installed over conveyor chain to eliminate the chance of tunneling. CONVEYOR: The conveyor is made of 11 1/4” wide all-steel Pintle chain with ¼” x ¾” cross bars. Chain strength is 11,000lbs. per strand; 22,000lbs. total weight. The idler and drive sprockets are 6-tooth flame cut, on 1” and 1-1/8” diameter shafts respectively. The conveyor chain has an adjustment range of 3-1/2”. Bronze bushings on the idler shafts can be lubricated via a machined pathway. The drive shaft has a heavy-duty, sealed, self-aligning ball bearings with grease fittings. CONVEYOR GEAR CASE: Gear is constructed of aluminum bronze; worm gear is hardened steel and ground. Housing is made of durable cast iron. Gear ratio is 20:1 with 1” input shat and 1-1/8” output shaft on tapered roller bearings. FEEDGATE: Lever operated with a friction lock for accurate adjustment. Gate uses a heavy-duty flap to prevent damage to the conveyor chain and prevent material jamming. SPINNER CHUTE ASSEMBLY: A 12” stainless steel disc with three formed steel fins is connected to a ¾” diameter shaft secured on two pillow block bearings. The spreading material is guided from the conveyor to the spinner plate through an enclosed stainless steel chute with internal and external deflectors. Adjustable deflectors allow for complete directional spread radius ranges from 2’ to 25’. The extra wide rear deflector protects the rear and under carriage of the vehicle. ENGINE: Heavy duty 8 HP minimum air cooled, 4-cycle synchro-balanced industrial / commercial gasoline engine. Engine comes complete with alternator and 12 volt electric starter with in-cab start/stop, battery and electric throttle control. Entire engine is completely protected by the convenient continuous hinged hood. ELECTRIC THROTTLE CONTROL: Throttle control unit allows for full-range of throttle settings, including idle and full choke, via the in-cab hopper control panel. DUAL ELECTRIC MOTOR OPTION: Separate electric motors power the conveyor and spinner through separate sprocket and stainless steel chain drive assemblies. Highly efficient conveyor drive allows for a low amp draw. Electric motors and chin drive assemblies are completely protected by a continuous stainless steel hinged hood. In-cab hopper control allows the conveyor and spinner control to be completely variable and independent of each other. Electric controls eliminate cable freezing, binding and breaking.
