1979 Ford F-150 Custom 4x4, new radiator, new radiator fans, two new batteries, tune up, BRAND NEW CARB, not a rebuilt, electrical work, oil change, front end work. Put over $3000 into the truck. Runs good, starts good, some smoke on start up if sitting for a while. Wind shield is cracked, interior is so, so, floor boards on both passenger and drive side are soft and will need attention soon. Great toy, I drive it every weekend, just not practical in my area. Body in decent shape, less the floor boards. See pictures for minor rust issues. This is an easy restore. Fix her up while you drive her, or drive it as is!! PLEASE, I BEG YOU, do not bid if you don't have the money, or if your health is bad, or if you don't have approval from mom or the wife, AND PLEASE DON'T BID BECAUSE IT IS FUN. I want to sell the truck to someone who will appreciate it like I do. No warranty written or implied, this is a 33 year old truck in good condition. Truck is as is, where is. I WILL NOT HELP WITH DELIVERY, that is up to the buyer. I can drive the truck to within 50 miles of Chicago but only with a CASH payment, or drive it home, though I am not sure I would want to do a cross country drive, your bladder and your wallet probably won't make it I will answer questions as best I can. Again, I PLEASE ASK THAT YOU DO NOT BID UNLESS YOU HAVE THE FUNDS AND WANT THE TRUCK. I don't need folks bidding this up for fun. It inflates the value on what I believe is a very fair opening bid.
