Vehicle Detail

You will be glad you waited for this very nice CB350-G The G is the "Supersport" model, distinguished by the (one-year-only) hydraulic disk brake and the 3-lamp instrument cluster. It comes in beautiful "Tyrolean green,", has about 7500 miles, and is virtually all original, right down to the reflector on the front wheel, spokes and the dealer inspection sticker under the seat. Everything works well. Honda quality is un-matched! Engine runs and sounds good, All the electricals work; headlight high and low, taill and stop light, blinkers, indicators and horn. Ride is stable and comfy, brakes, clutch and transmission work smoothly. No funny noises in any of the 5 gears. It should be good for about 80 mph. Haven't tried it. I scare myself too easily! When I purchased it in 2003, it was equipped with "buckhorn" handlebars, the custom of the day. I fitted new original handlebars, along with appropriate clutch and throttle cables, and brake hose. The usual maintenance got done; new fuel petcock, filters and lines, plugs, points, a battery or two. I have all receipts. Tires are ChenShin and IRC original look-alikes. The front one still has its "whiskers"!The mufflers were replaced November of 2008 with excellent (expensive!) reproductions from David Silver Spares, of Suffolk, England. They look and sound like the originals, which have been un-obtanium, for years. As you can tell, it's lived in a garage all its life. There is rust on the bracket, behind the battery. Could be that's where water would collect, if it was just washed. Also some on the chain guard. No dents. A few paint nicks. The clearcoat has worn off the engine, so it looks a little spotty. Small chip in headlight bucket.Rubber is fine: Tires, grips, shock gaiters and hoses are all pliable.Have all receipts, documents, parts microfiche, factory parts catalogs, owner's manual, tool kit, carb gasket sets, spare plugs and condenser; even the old handlebars and cables! Currently registered, insured and have California Title in my name. It has been my "baby", but I scare myself too often, nowadays! This bike needs NOTHING but an appreciative rider, and perhaps a buddy on a nice summer day! PLEASE REMEMBER; Pictures and words don't always tell the whole story. If you're serious about bidding and acquiring this beauty, I would encourage you or an agent of your choice see it, hear it, watch me ride it, IN PERSON. This is a NO RESERVE auction. Highest bidder wins! No test rides. No Warranty. No Returns. Located in Santa Rosa, California.
