Selling my 1972 Audi 100ls sedan. This car has been exceptionally maintained throughout its life and it shows in every way. I am the third owner having purchased it from the daughter and son in law of original owner. Car was purchased 6/72 at Cascade Porsche/Audi and owner and wife picked it up in Frankfurt,Germany through Audi dealer/factory program 9/5/ 72. They then took a four week trip around Germany. Car was then shipped home via port of Toledo. I have all of the paperwork for the Audi including original sale, first services done in Germany, owners and hard-bound service(2) manuals, dealer pamphlets and misc receipts. Car is original and has not been altered in any way both paint and mechanically as well as a pristine original interior. Interior shows no fade and no cracks of any kind on dash. No rust as the car has seen no winter use ever. Paint is great and shines like new. A few small dings and scratches but hardly anything. Brightwork along with stainless, bumpers, glass, rubber trim perfect also. Engine and transmission(4 speed) perform accordingly. No leaks or issues including brakes, hand brake, electrical. Radio delete from factory. Drives beautifully and starts perfect hot or cold. Although a garage queen for 35 years, it was exercised regularly by previous owners. Tires are newer and has a 3 year old correct Beck/Arnley exhaust system. Has to be one of the nicest 100 ls original there is. Please note three deficiencies. Spot about 4 inches round on drivers door has slightly faded due to door ding repair which can be seen in direct sun. Heater core is bypassed due to leaking heater control valve. Brake lamp is on in dash pod due to faulty fluid level switch.
