Vehicle Detail
Selling my 1990 BMW 325iC convertible. The car is in very good to excellent condition. Starts and drives like it should with no problems. Shifts correctly and doesn't blow any smoke. I just drove it to Washington D.C. 3 weks ago, a round trip of 450 miles with no problems. I did a major tuneup about 8 weeks ago, including plugs, plug wires, cap, rotor, and valve cover gasket At that time, a compression check was performed, and the readings were within 5psi for all cylinders. The paint is original, and still shines. The interior is original, and has very little wear. There is a split seam at the top of the rear seat, otherwise, the leather sport seats show very little wear. The trip computer, air conditioning, power windows, power door locks, power mirrors, power antenna and heated seats all work as they should. The car has a drivers side airbag. The Sony AM/FM/CD/MP3 player works correctly, as do all of the speakers. The car has a new Virginia state inspection as of August. The optional cruise control does not work. The wheels are all in good condition, and the two front tires were replaced last fall. The manual convertible top is new as of last spring, and was professionally installed. The oil was changed in April using Mobil 1 synthetic oil. The factory foglights work, but the on/off button sticks sometimes. There are a few minor scratches and stone chips in the paint. The factory manuals and two keys are included. I have tried to describe the car in every detail, but please keep in mind that this is a 23 year old car, and has been subject to all that this implies. NADA lists this car with a low value of $4475, and a retail value of $7750. My starting price is well below any of that. Please view the pics, and ask any questions before you bid. Winning bidder will need to pay a $500 deposit within 24 hours of auctions end, with the balance due within 5 days. Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. I will cooperate with shipping companies as necessary, as long as the car has been paid for in full and all funds cleared before shipping or pickup. This is an as-is,where is sale, and no warranties or guarantees are either expressed or implied.
