Your bid is a contract to buy. We have the listing set up to accept bids only from US bidders in an effort to prevent scammers from ruining the auction. Provide him with your ebay ID and confirm that you can arrange international shipping and have the bike picked up uncrated at our location in Chicago, and he will gladly add you to the list that allows you to bid.This F650GS is in decent shape overall but will need a new front end. The fork tubes are bent and the right lower is cracked where the axle mounts. The front wheel spins true. The bike fires up, idles, goes through all the gears, and the brakes work. We got it in this condition and have not test ridden it. All of the electricals work except for the left front turn signal which is damaged. It has a clean Illinois title, not "salvage" or "rebuilt". Remainder via one of the standard payment methods within seven days. No PayPal for remainder unless you contact us first. The bike is to be picked up within three weeks of auction close. $25 per week storage fee after that. We are a dealer, so we must charge sales tax and process the title and plate if you are an Illinois buyer. If you are a buyer from one of the states that reciprocates with Illinois on sales tax, we must collect sales tax based on the vehicle rate for your state.
