Only 1200 were 5 SPEEDs.. With less than 61k miles on this car...and 5spd how many around could be LEFT... 7-Up 25th Anniversary LX convertible Mustang because 30 of these were to be given away by the 7-UP Bottling Company as a promotional item. These cars actually started life at the Ford factory as coupes! They were converted to convertibles. The work was done by Car & Concepts in St. Louis, Missouri. The 7-Up contest never materialized. This thing runs and drives like NEw, great ride and lots of power... I am the PRIVATE OWNER of this car, registered and INSURED BY ME.... Lost garage and now no room for TOYS... I LOVE THIS CAR... ISSUES that could use some attention, and im listing everything I know I drive the car evey NICE day including this weekend when I went to the GOOD GUYS Car show with it. It ran flawlessly...There is some kind of Electrical Gremlin that creeps up from time to time...IT causes the battery to Drain after sitting for roughly 3 days.. ... Also seats are cracked, not realy ripped just cracked and top is not real Clean but it is leak proof and tight...IT needs some playing with for better fitment,,,but it works fine. ALSO the quater windows didnt work when i bought the car, i bought the complete kits from Mustangs Unlimited with new METAL bushingsand have fixed the problem both NOW go up and down.... I think that is all the could be addressed eveything else works and runs and drives dead straight... ZERO RUST garage kept till this week,LlOST my spacce thta is why I am selling...I took tons of pics... NO RUST... This is a great DRIVER car taht would make an amazing Redo to NEW.. Last pic is of my Current STABLE... All mine registered and INsured by me.. I will be lsiting the 66 Coupe also... NO STORAGe sold house w 5 car garage.. TOYS are GOING...
