1980 Porsche 911 SC Targa 1980 Porsche 911 SC Targa This is a beautiful one owner 911 SC Targa with mostly highway miles (80K) with all service records since new. From 1980-1984 80,000 miles were put on the car which were all highway miles (documentation to show it). In 1996 the owner had a $12,500 paint job done which also included new seals, new targa top, tail lamps and windshield (see copy of bill in photo gallery). More recently, the targa top had a headliner installed along with a new oil sending unit. The tires are in great shape and have plenty of tread left. An Echelon coating was applied last year which protects paint and adds shine without having to reapply. Echelon encases the cars paint with a protective hard and flat glass coating that is superior to resin based wax or paint sealants. The 911 has had only 56,000 miles put on it since 1984 and has a grand total of 136,000 miles to date. This SC Targa runs terrific and has never been abused.
