Hello,up for auction is a 1965 Ford mustang fastback project car. This is a K-code. Unfortunatly I do not have the original motor but a 289 does come with the car. The motor should be rebuilt. I have a four speed manual trans for the mustang. This is a solid rust free project. New sheet metal has been replaced through out the car. It is 90% complete car. I do have lots of parts to go with the car. It comes with new suspension parts, fuel line, brake lines, master cylinder. The interior is pony interior with a fold down rear seat. All fiberglass peices are in good shape . A few need minor repair. It has the ford 9 inch rear end. All glass is good except I do not have the drivers side glass or the rear glass. I have a clear title. This is a nice project that only needs some light welding and body work to have ready for paint. Please bid to buy. If there are any questions Please e-mail me.. Thank you..On Sep-06-12 at 10:08:13 PDT, seller added the following information: Hi, just to clear a few things up, This car has had new inner fenders, frame rails, quarter skins, floors, trunk, firewall metal replacement. Certain questions being asked about factory metal will not be there because of the new metal. Previous owner had done all metal work. The stamped vin from the old inner fender was removed and welded in place on the new inner fender. This IS NOT a coupe to faskback conversion. It is an original fastback. I am the 3rd owner of this car and I have a clear title from the previous owner which is from 1975. The original motor is long gone and I do not have any of the original motor hardware. I have a 289 that does go with the car.
