This is a two-owner vehicle - both owners in Florida. Paint is good, tires are good (see the photos), 4 wheel drive works and it has leather seats. It has a hideaway 3rd seat - will fit 7 people when 3rd seat is up. It also has a built-in tool kit shown in the photos, along with a lock for the spare tire. I should have put on the lock, since the spare tire has a nice alloy rim just like the other rims, but I haven't. The owner's manual is in the SUV, and is in like-new condition. I have the title in-hand - you can see a photo of that. Although not shown, I have a valet key that goes with it. There is a small amount of discoloration on the driver's seat and console arm rest. However, there are no tears in the leather. It shows normal use, like the rest of the vehicle. The indicator light shows that the brake fluid level is low, although that's not the case. My mechanic indicated that the float is likely bad. In the 8 months that I have owned this vehicle, the brake fluid has stayed at the same level and the brakes are fine. The rear pads were replaced just before I bought this SUV at the end of December 2011. The truck is very clean - will qualify for Very Good codnition on Kelley Blue Book. The current value for my zip code from www.kbb.com for a Private Party sale is $7,609 for this SUV. Good condition is $7,409 for a private-party sale. Retail is around $8,500.
