This is a very sharp looking Guards Red C2 Cabriolet that is fun to drive and comes with the inherent WOW factor of all classic body styled Porsches. It is bone stock, garage kept and rust free. It is also a smoke free car. This is a daily driver with a fully automatic convertible top that goes up and down at the touch of a button, but the boot must be put on manually. The air conditioning is cool and all gauges, including the clock, are functional. For driver convenience, it has power windows and seats as well as cruise control. Additionally the onboard computer display is located between the tach and speedometer for ease of use. The interior is clean and looks good, but has some minor blemishes, i.e. the dash has some cracking above the gauges and there is a small tear on the back of the driver's seat (see pictures). The tiptronic transmission shifts smoothly with no slipping. The air-cooled 3.6L engine is very responsive, it runs strong and smooth and although performance has not been affected, it is beginning to leak some oil. The tires are Bridgestone Portenza (225-50-16 on rear and 205-55-16 on front) with about 6000 miles on them...lots of life left. The tool kit is included as well. The exterior looks good and the paint shines up really nice although it is getting a little thin along some of the edges. The top is in good shape with a clear back window, but it does have a frayed inner lining strap and a small puncture in the passenger side rear quarter (see picture).
