1976 MG Midget“Too many cars too little space.” This 1976 MG Midget is an excellent restoration candidate:40839 original miles, twenty five years in dry storage, completely unmolested. I have attemptedto show the good and the not so good in the pictures, but I am not a professional photographer.Good points: It is very original, and it is all there, floors are very solid, bumpers front and backare very good, (no extra charge for the period correct Coke bumper sticker) windshield is veryclear with very little pitting, seats, and door panels are in very good condition, there are twocovers, one for the top, and one tonneau cover, (top cover good on outside, tonneau excellent)Concerns: dented drivers side front fender, (both dents are repairable) rust on outer sills, andlower rear finders, rear brakes are locked up, (twenty three years with the emergency brakeengaged) motor turns over but has not been started, top is shot. This is a no reserve auction. Clear title. Email with questions.I have had three MG friends look the car over, and they all felt that it was in remarkablecondition given its age.
