It does have a torn front driver seat, some stains in the carpet, the A/C isnt real cold will need a charge, The passenger door handle is broken on the interior, The body has some scratches and dents as noted in the pictures, Tires are good. Other than that the vehicle is in nice shape and is being sold as-is as shown not state inspected.
