This car was in covered storage for ten years with the transmission linkage jammed between gears and was sold to make way for the buildings new owner. The transmission linkage problem was corrected, the brakes repaired with new wheel cylinders and shoes, a new battery was installed, the ignition and carburetor were serviced before the car was licensed for the road three years ago. The engine does not smoke and it shows signs of an overhaul at some point in the past ie; new water pump, head gaskets, etc. This is a 50 year old car that came to California from Colorado in the mid '60's so the body is sound with rust where one would expect to find it for a car of this type and age. There is some rust around the air vents in the front fenders, rust on the right rear quarter panel where a repair has come undone, rust along the body moldings where the fins meet the body and some pin holes in the front floor boards. All of the interior components are intact which is to say the metal trim, gauges, switches, handles are in place but the fabric covers, carpet and panels are in very poor condition.
