1968 Porsche 912 Soft Window Targa, ready for some TLC. This is an extremely rare vehicle, with increasing value. The car was running when purchased and has been taken apart for a restoration project. The car has a fair amount of rust, and will need quite a bit of metal work. This is not a project for the unexperienced or faint of heart. I have purchased most of the necessary parts, but just can't take the project forward. As you can see, the body has been sand blasted, and I have purchased a second rear clip to graft onto the damaged section. New floor pans, driver's side rocker panels are also in their boxes. I also purchased a second set of rear quarter panels, an additional front fender and other additional parts. The engine works, and the transmission was smooth, until both were removed. I am looking to sell everything as a whole, but will consider separate offers for specific parts if the auction is not successful. Please feel free to email questions prior to bidding.
