This beautiful van is being relisted due to a high bidder who did not speak English,did not have a translator,and finally did not pay for our van.I will work with you however I can and I am very reasonable but please read and follow the simple directions on payment and be able to communicate so that we are on the same page.Thank you. Now on to the van : ) I have looked at what the fully loaded Quests optioned like ours are selling for and I will price our van to allow for repairs (unidentified recent engine ticking,everything still works though).Since I understand you are also rolling the dice on this I am reducing the price to make sure you get out of it well even if you would decide to just replace the engine (used and inspected one's with a 1 year warranty,shipping includedy are available on the net for $1000 USD depending on supplier and mileage). This is my wife's van and she has taken very good cosmetic care of it and I have taken it to the dealer anytime there were any issues (spent over 5k on it in the recent past on the timing chain,idler pulleys,sensors,both wheel hubs,oil changes,belts,brakes,tires etc). I suspected the dealer work when they pulled the engine out recently to install the new chain and gears may be the source of the ticking (something not tightened correctly?) but they wanted to charge us $800 just to do what was needed to inspect it or have us "just buy an engine which would be simpler"(yes, for them). So that is basically where and why we are here so you have the background. As I hope the pictures show the van is in fantastic condition.Has not been wrecked,paint is in very nice condition,non smoker car,optional wheels are very nice,nice Michelin tires,leather and carpets and factory mats all in nice condition,front and rear air conditioning works excellent,Bose Premium sound system is tremendous,Sky Roof with retractable shades is very cool,Stow N Go rear seat folds flat for larger items,optional roof rack,Rear Entertainment System is complete with the remote and headphones(see picture) and works perfectly. My wife and daughter had just gotten back from a long dance trip out of town on a fresh oil change (oil is still clean,with no metal particles or water which can make it appear milky) when the noise began the next day, and we have parked it since then. Starts right up (moved it around our 5 acre property for the pictures) no smoking or anything obvious, a/c came right on as well as everything else is working but still ticking. I have worked on old cars as a hobby for a long time and to me it sounds like an upper drivetrain noise but not willing to pay another $800 just to find out and then be committed to dealer pricing on what they think might be needed.My wife now has my loaded Bonneville though so no need to keep the van sitting here when it could be giving another family a nice cushy ride like it has given us(son is leaving for college so one less to tote around also).
