Recently purchased from the second owner. They purchased this Mustang in southern California in the 70's from the original owner. This car lived near San Diago until the late 80's when it came to Connecticut. It was garaged with very little use since then. I was told by the previous owner that the mileage is correct. Looking at the car I would have to agree. The interior is original and in nice shape. There is a split in the drivers seat and the carpet should be changed. I just replaced the original top with a new one.The power top goes up and down like new. The rear window is a zip out type. All the body panels are original to the car. All the tags are present. The car is very straight. Underneath is very nice. The drivers side torque box and floor need some work. Other than that it is very nice. Mechanically the car runs and drives great. I replaced the following...4 radial tires,gas tank,fuel sending unit,clutch kit,oil,oil filter,spark plugs,points and antenna. Everything seems to work like it should.
