Overseas move forces sale of my 1981 Volkswagen diesel pickup. The truck is in overall very good condition with new carpet, a recent paint job, good tires, and decent upholstery. As far as the negatives go on the interior, the driver's seat has some seam separation in the seat as shown in the pictures and there is no headliner. The paint still looks very good with the exception of some superficial scratches and blemishes. Mechanically, It starts up immediately and runs very strong averaging 50+ MPG. It also has a fresh state inspection. I recently did some brake work and the odometer has not been turning. Not sure if they are related, but that is when I noticed. Shock towers and frame are in good shape. These trucks are great in the wintertime being one of the only pickups with front wheel drive. Please refer to the pictures for a better idea as to it's condition. I tried to capture everything, but if there is something you'd like to see closer or a different angle, don't hesitate to ask.
