Up for sale is my 87 Bimmer 528e. This car is the perfect balance of performance and efficiency. It has plenty of zip for around town and freeway maneuvering and yet gets abbout 25 mpg on the highway. High miles but mostly highway. Other unusual good things are: Cold a/c, working cruise control and nice interior, esp for a 24 year old car. Orig a California car, no rust at all except for the sunroof as it was garaged until I bought it 4 years ago. Upgraded radio with Kenwood am/fm CD player with mp3 plug. Several of the gauges in the cluster do not work including speedometer, tach and mpg but odometer does work. I have a replacement cluster I bought on ebay but never installed and will sell for what I paid, $65. I am selling because I am moving and will not be able to take it with me. Although I am not posting a reserve price and the highest bidder gets it, I reserve the right to end the bidding early as it is also available for sale locally.
