1962 Gran Turismo Hawk - Original matching V.I.N. tags on the Door Pillar and under the hood show this to be a Factory GT Hawk with the low production 4 speed manual floor shift option. Powered by a 289 \ 4bbl with Twinn Traction, Power Steering, and Factory Tach, this is the desireable GT Hawk performance package on a rare and beautiful Red exterior with \ Light GRAY interior color combination and the AM \ FM radio. A Rust-Free Southern Colorado Car prior to a full restoration done by the previous owner. I purchased the car from him at the SDC International meet at South Bend in 2007, and have invested numerous hours and $$$$$ while driving the car only a few times each summer. Just installed a new battery, brakes, and recently serviced this car. It is mechanically sound, rides on new Coker Classic Radials (with a 5th in trunk) and needs nothing. I have a few additional parts along with some literature, and accessories that will go with the car if the reserve is met.
