Vehicle Detail

Up for auction is my 1929 Model A Ford Five window coupe. This is an all steel Ford body that has been hot-rodded. Here are some of the things that have been done to it: Top has been chopped 2 1/2 inchesRoof has been filledBody has been channeled 4 1/2 inchesComplete metal floorGas tank and battery have been moved to the trunkVoltage regulator and starter solenoid have been moved to the trunk1932 fiberglass grill shell with a custom made grillHeadlights are Diets 982Radiator is an aftermarket 65-66 Mustang aluminum unit with an electric fan thermostat controlledCustom interior with a cut down Mopar steering column with Ford turn signal switchWiring is from a 72 MaverickBasic gauges, Ford headlight and wiper switches, and a toggle switch for the electric fuel pump (Holley) Frame is boxed front to rear, and has been stretched 16 inches on the back, and kicked up 7 inchesFrame has been narrowed in the rear to allow the body to be channeled over the frameFour bar front suspension with a four inch drop Super Bell axle and .48 spindlesMr. Roadster reversed-eye front springDisc brakes in the front (Speedway Motors conversion), Drums in the rearFlaming River steering boxTriangulated four-bar rear suspension with coil overs and an 8.8 inch Ford rear end (4.10 gears I believe) and a limited slip1988 Mustang 5.0HO with 1968 heads, a Ford Aluminum intake and Holley CarbTransmission is a 1968 C4 with a B&M Shift Kit The car presently has no fenders, even though there is one picture showing the fenders. The fenders do come with the car, I just think the car looks better without them. The car has a little over 1 mile on it. It will still need an emergency brake, and it will need to be driven around to work the bugs out and to make adjustments, as this was built and kept in a small garage. It has some small bumps and bruises to the paint, and the trunk will need to be resprayed, but I have the paint to do all that. The paint I have will come with the car, along with some other odds and ends to finish it up. If you have any questions, please ask before you bid, as I am sure I forgot some things! Lastly, I do have the original title in my name.
