1960 Pontiac Bonneville ConvertibleHere is a beautiful 1960 Pontiac Bonneville Convertible. VIN # 860P20225. Strong running original Pontiac 389 cu in motor with a auto transmission. Car came loaded for the day with Power Steering, Power Brakes, Power Windows and Power top. Car runs great and you can drive it anywhere with confidence. Newer brakes, shocks and exhaust. Just drove it in the local Forth of July Parade. Shifts fine and stops as it should. Interior is in great shape. Seats, door panels and carpet are like new! Dash pad is original and does have a couple of splits (see picture). Horn, wipers, lights, heater, power windows, emergency blinker and courtesy lights all work. Original radio and speedometer do not work. Trunk is clean and solid but has had some correct fiber glass work done at some point. Floors are solid and clean. I did find one small patch under the rear passengers seat that was done correctly. Frame is in great shape! Engine bay is also in nice clean shape!Convertible top and rear window are new. Top could use some adjustments. (home install is not very tight). The top latch and catch are also new but need some adjustment also (original screw holes on the catch are off center and the latch does not line up correctly). Power top motor, hydraulic cylinders and lines are all new. However the motor is currently not working (switch issue I think and I am currently trying to fix it myself). I have been using it as a manual top which has worked out fine for me. Newer top boot. Car has a newer paint job that looks great (base coat/clear coat). Chrome and bumpers are original and in good shape. Original wheel covers. Radial tires with plenty of tread. Comes with trunk liner. I have a folder full of receipts for recent work and parts that add up to over $6000! I also have the original owners manuel and an expensive California Custom Car Cover for the car.
