Great unfinished vert project. This bug has been cut and stretched 6 inches wide to accommodate the 20inch chrome rims. Pros 1st- -cut and stretched 6 inches wider than a normal vw -convertible top cut and stretched 6 inches to match body -cut deck lid 6 inches to match body -20 inch rims on a 67 vert :) -New custom made green paint -New running boards -Fully bagged all 4 corners(big truck bags in the front) and 3000.lbs bags in the rear. 1/2 inch lines 2 solenoid and control to operate front and back. -5 gallon tank with all fittings - body fully holes fully welded in -fenders welded to body and smoothed out -straight rod front beam makes bug sit on ground -pulled torsion on rear so rear sits on bags -smoothed dash with speed-0 in center -low backs seats -rear vert seat -door and rear quarter glass -all vert chrome trim -all new brakes and lines -new square style fuse box Cons -no rear apron(cut off due to tork on body with all four corners operated separately.) would crack bondo once a month so planned on using a fiber glass one however never made one -no interior -needs windshield cut to match stretch -needs canvas for top and rear window and wood bows to match stretch -engine turns needs spark plug coil reseated -needs gas tank installed(I have one) -window regulators need to be hooked up(I have them) This is a unfinished project not a daily driver this is a ONE OF A KIND vert when finished it will be a show stopper and a great cruiser when finished.
