Up for auction is a beautiful, and award winning, white 1969 Fiat 124 spider. The car is in great mechanical condition, and its’high reving 1.6L engine runs great and does not burn oil. The interior has been re-upholstered and it looks gorgeous. The body is in equally great shape with no rust, and only a couple minor paint chips. I have owned the car for the past 13 years and it has brought a smile to my face for every mile driven. The electrical system is original and provides the adventure of pre 1970’s random operation. The turn signals tend to blink at different speeds (either faster or slower).However, the car has never let me down and tends to fix it’s own gremlins. The car has always been stored in a climate controlled garage and it is only driven during the summer months. This car has never even been intentionally ;) driven in the rain. This Fiat has won several awards over the past few years including best in class at three different Fiat Freakouts, Meadowbrook Concourse De Elegance, Concourse in Park and first in its’ class in the GM Powertrain car show, in addition to a number of other awards at smaller events.
