I HAVE TODAY AN EXCELLENT EXAMPLE OF A 92 MERCEDES 300 COUPE THAT IS A TOTALLY RUST FREE LOCAL CAR IN SUPERB RUNNING AND DRIVING CONDITION AT NO RESERVE. TO START OFF WITH THE EXTERIOR PAINT IS ALL ORIGINAL SHOWING NO SIGNS OF ANY REPAINTS OR ACCIDENTS, HAS EXCELLENT GLEAM, BUT DOES HAVE A SMALL BLEMISH ON THE HOOD THATS NOT THAT NOTICEABLE. THE DRIVERS SIDE AROUND THE QUARTER PANEL HAS SOME DOOR DINGS, OBVIOUSLY FROM PARKING TO CLOSE TO A NEIGHBORS CAR. THE INTERIOR OF THE CAR IS SPLENDID AND STILL RETAINS ITS NEWNESS WITH NO MARKINGS ON THE SEATS OR TEARS AND A DASH THAT HAS NO CRACKS. ALL THE WOOD VENEER AS WELL IS PRISTINE. ALL THE ELECTRICAL FUNCTIONS WORK AS THEY SHOULD WHICH INCLUDE THE SUNROOF, THE POWER SEATS AND WINDOWS AND THE AIR CONDITIONING THAT BLOWS ICE COLD, PLUS THE SEAT BELT RETRACTORS. THE ELECTRIC ANTENNA DOES NOT WORK. MECHANICALLY THE CAR IS IN PERFECT RUNNING CONDITION WITH NEW MOTOR MOUNTS, A NEW SERPINTINE BELT AND TENSIONER, A NEW DISTRIBUTOR CAP AND ROTOR AND NEAR NEW TIRES TO BOOT.
