1974 VW thing in great shape. We have had Thang for a long time and have made some improvements that I will list. We painted the complete car withPPG base yellow and added pearl to the paint. All new weather stripping was installed when the car was reassembled.The inside floor was rhino lined to the door wells and the upholstery recovered with seat kits from the thing shop. The top is in great shape as well as the vinlye side windows.All lights and gauges work and are functanal.Geoff Hart Racing built a new 1776 engine and dynoed the engine with the dual carbs. before installing in the car for friendly driveability. We installed disk brakes on the front axle for smooth braking.This is a turn key fun car that is very reliable,we just use it much anymore and needs anew home.
