The ultimate Isetta barnfind! This car is complete, original, and all there! Extremely solid car with very minimal rust. This car appears to have last been on the road in 1964 from the Texas plates it still wears. The photos include the spot it sat for the last decade, a shot on the trailer from Friday, and several at the shop even with the car in the air. Monday I changed the fluids, cleaned the coil contacts, put a plug and battery in it - and magic happened - it busted off and ran smooth with no smoke! There is even a video included of the car running for the first time in years! The pictures speak for themselves as to the condition - AMAZING! The rust is very minimal and appears to be limited to the battery box (normal), one small hole in an otherwise solid floorpan (pics from cab and underneath), and a small spot in the corner of the cab near the clutch pedal (again both side pics). The rest is all on the surface of a very solid car. The rear bumper is bent up pretty good but still looks like it can be banged out and sent to the chromer. The drivers rear only needs minor straightening and the rest of the body looks terrific. The harness is in tact with no exposed wires. The front opens and closes with ease. I didn't field test everything but the blinkers and wiper motor i turned on by accident getting in and out of it on the lift and they both worked also. The fuel filter bowl on the back of the bing is missing and I used a rubber fuel line from a plastic lawn mower tank temporarily to test it. The air box and filter are there but the hose between is bent up. The car is being sold with it's original title and a bill of sale. Don't miss out on your chance to own this peice of history.
