1948 F-1 pickup truck is completely restored using original parts. It has been in our family for over 50 years. I am not positive about the engine size...I thought I heard my dad say it was a flat-8, but the registration form says it is a V-8. None of the gauges work. Uses no-ethonal gas. My dad used it as a "service" truck for several years to pick up parts on cars that he was repairing. He kept it in a garage for at least 15 years before he placed it under a shelter at our home (when he stopped working on cars). The truck hasn't been driven for 3 years due to my father's illness. Our mechanic has emptied the oil, gas, and water from the vehicle and replaced all of it with new. There is a slight water leak around the nut in the water-pump on the right, but our mechanic feels that after we drive it around, it will seal itself. I am the executor of my dad's will which states that we must sell it. The body is in great shape! I will negotiate the price if you come to pick it up.
