Vin # 1265325 which puts it around march 1964. 11 window Kombi Pop top Westy Camper. Looks like original paint was Turkis. Clean bus, never been hit. has a little bondo on the lower nose that is cracking a bit, Euro blade bumper. Rear is clean and looks like it's never been hit. Needs cab floor. You can get by with a Mat and it will work as a driver, but needs a cab floor if your restoring it Same with Cargo. Has a sheet of ply in it where the PO started to cut the floor out. You can make it work, but, restore it and put a floor in. Lots of sheet metal available from Klassic Fab or Wolfsburg West. Also, needs both inner and outer rockers both sides. I have an inner, and the outer on the long drivers side. Most of the cuts have already been made. All doors close tight, rails (frame) is perfect with no sag. Will need a batt. tray as it is rotted out. Corners are nice, no hits. Deck lid is very nice. Bus has a big nut tranny, and came with a 1500 SP, which I'm sure needs a rebuild. Also, I have most of an interior kit for it (SO42) including the bed, closet, large and small table and the ever elusive spice rack. Comes with some glass (I was going to put in louvered camper windows) including front glass. Everything that is currently in the bus is logo'd. Pop top needs canvas, seals etc. and to be secured. Over all a good bus to get your pop top project off the ground. It really is a straight bus, and needs very little to get on the road. Check Westy pop top prices and see what your getting for a minimal amt. of work. Bus comes with a Bill of Sale Only. When you pick up the bus, your welcome to root around my shop and pick up misc. crap that you might need. Been into buses for 20 plus years, and I've picked up a lot of crap that will outlive me.On Jun-27-12 at 05:18:11 PDT, seller added the following information: Soooooo Many questions No rear bumper, rear apron is there, It's got a cut for pea shooters, but, otherwise is in great shape, Pop top is a graft, Needs canvas. Have the front glass, maybe a fixed side, a frame for one of the camper windows, no rear. Engine was in the cargo area, and I haven't torn it down yet, so, don't know. Mostly complete. Probably 6v as that was stock. European blade goes with it, or you can have a beater I have with overriders. Rear was junk. Only metal I have is the long outer, and inner drivers side. Big nut tranny as was stock for that year, I'm sure original. Just misc. stuff that if you can use for the bus your welcome too.
