Thank you. 1989 Mercedes Benz 560SEL in Anthracite 2 tone Gray with Gray leather interior. An extremely clean, lower mileage example of the last year of the classic W126 body Mercedes. This was the flagship sedan from the 1989 Mercedes model line and one of the most classic designs ever made. The car is in very good overall condition and the interior is just breathtaking. The exterior of the car is in excellant condition. The paint holds a very deep shine with no signs of fading. There is no rust on the body of the car. There is a one inch scratch near the headlight. Nothng that detracts from the appearance of this car. The glass and chrome are in excellent condition. The rubber and plastic trim are also in great shape. The interior is in amazing condition. The car had spent a lot of time in the garage and when not garage, it was usually in the shade. It was also not exposed to extreme temperatures. There is no damage from ultra violet exposure. This has left the leather, burl wood, and interior trim in almost perfect condition. The interior on this car shows better than cars with half the mileage. The seats retain their original give and spring and have no sag. The leather retains it's factory texture and deep, rich color. The leather is extremely soft and supple and has enough give to puff and fold when you run your hand over it, it is not tight or hard. The wood also has very deep color with no clouding or fading. There is one slight crack in the corner of the console but aside from that, it is perfect. There are no cracks in the dash. All the buttons are in excellent condition. The rear seat is heated and has power recline and is also fitted with original foot rest. There is enough room for you to cross your leg back there, even with the front seat pushed back. The carpets are also in excellent condition and free of any notable dirt or stains. The headliner is also perfect.A non-smoking car without any odors or stains. Mechanically speaking, the car runs very well. The car has new air cell self leveling nitrogen accumulators for the rear suspension and new brake calipers. The suspension operates as it should and at the correct height, front and rear, it is like riding on a cloud. The car has a remote door unlock installed and it is working correctly. The tires are also in great shape! The A/C is ice cold. Many of these cars fell into the wrong hands and were neglected from proper maintenance and service, making this one a very rare survivor. The condition of the car is extremely clean and the interior is probably one of the best that you will find at any mileage.
