This is a 1969 Pontiac Tempest CONVERTIBLE (GTO Clone) that was recently found hiding in the dry New Mexico desert. I have gone to a lot of effort to locate great original rust free fenders, front valance, 4-speed pedals, great original '68 endura bumper and excellent original inner fenders. It is now complete enough to begin a restoration of this mostly solid and dry Southwestern car. There will need to be some patches in the floor and trunk as seen in pictures. The frame is solid, quarters are pretty good, but will need a little work. Doors are solid but have a few dings in them. Rockers are real good and shouldn't need anything. The hood shown in pictures is not included as it belongs to another car. Also, the deck lid that is included is the yellow one shown separately. No motor or trans is included. The Rally II wheels are 15" and probably '70-'76 vintage. Tires are just roll arounds, but hold air very well. The glass is all in good condition except for the windshield. This is an A/C, PS, PB car which would make it really a nice cruiser for summer time. I do have Hideaway Headlights and Hideaway Headlight Bumper Brackets for an additional $500. I also have a complete '75 455 Motor available for $500 to the winning bidder if interested. I have a clean Utah Title in hand.
