1960 Buick Invicta Two Door Hardtop. This is a good running 1960 Buick. The original 401 V8 Nailhead engine runs smoothly and starts right up. The transmission shifts smoothly and the power steering works well. The car stops good and the brakes work as they should. I have a clear title in my name and the reserve on this car is very low. Please look closely at all of the photos. This is a restoration project and needs interior work and rocker panels. The paint is original to the car, but it needs to be repainted. It is a good running 1960 Buick and can be driven, but I want the new owner to know exactly what they are bidding on. I have taken close up photos of the problem areas and the photos are super-sized to assist you with evaluating the condition of the car. The following is a list of the problems: 1. The interior is almost complete, but it tattered and the headliner is missing. 2. The transmission has a rear seal leak. A complete set of transmission gaskets come with the car. 3. The rocker panels are rusted and there is a small hole in the driver's side floor. A replacement rocker panel comes with the car. 4. The original gas tank was dirty beyond repair and a fuel cell has been installed in the trunk. The same gas tank, that is original to my car, is a common 1960s GM tank and a replacement is easy to find. 5. The engine has an aftermarket Edlebrock carb and aircleaner. The original aircleaner is in the trunk. Again, please look closely at all of the photos. It is a good old Buick, but it needs restoration and I have too many projects and not enough time or money.
