1965 FORD MUSTANG CONVERTIBLE with a rebuilt 6 cyl. AUTOMATIC TRANS shifts very good brakes are very good the convertible top is very nice window is perfectly clear. Please take a look at the pictures. the body has 99,000 mile the engine has 4200 miles on it . the paint is very nice without any rust this is a ten year old restoration with new rockers has some rust under car looks great runs great stops on a dime. chrome is very nice int. looks awesomeOn Jun-02-12 at 11:57:16 PDT, seller added the following information: Ok this is for the out of towners had the car inspected by a professional in St Charles il this is his commets. report. the paint on the car is very nice with no rust on outer panels. the car starts and runs very good with out any problems ,lights front, back , turn signals, brake lights int. lights work . frt glass very good to excellent the brakes work well they are drums, with 4 lug rims , tires look almost new. The trans shifts well but (has small drippings) the chrome on bumpers is very good , top look excellent and rear window very good ,clear but is a plastic window (not Glass) with a zipper. the roof is electric works very well and lock downs work very well.( radio didn't work) no power to radio. the doors close very well without sag, all hinges work great. ) truck, hood, left and right door. the car has had the rookers replaced left and right, frt left and right boxes replaced, quater panels replaced left and right, the fenders left and right replaced. doors look to be original . frt fender skirt are in very good condition , frt unibody very good , seat pans sheilds have rust with small holes. rear unibody has some rust holes and in my opinion: in an perfect restoration could be replaced, But the car still mantains a very good integrity when jack up frt. and rear. In my opinion this is a very good driver and will last many years and look good But i have to give it a score from 1 to 100 . Given the car is 47 years old the best score i can give is 89 This is has not been influenced in any way.
