NO RESERVE! PLEASE READ EVERYTHING BEFORE ASKING QUESTIONS.... You are bidding on a very clean, very nice low milage 1973 Plymouth "GOLD DUSTER". It has just over 100,00 original miles on car. It has had (1) repaint. It has its original Snake Skin Vinyl Top, and all of its original interior. The stitching on the front seat is starting to become seperated...but new reproduction seat covers are availabe for this car through many sources such as Legendary Interiors. It has original shag carpet from factory, a fold down back seat, original Working AM radio, and all original interior components. The dash pad has had a painted to match dash cap installed. It has a rebuilt low milage 318 with 360 heads, factory exhaust manifolds, a New Edelbrock intake and a Holley Avenger Carb. The transmission was also gone through at the time of the engine rebuild. Both Motor and Trans were done PRIOR to me aquiring the car...so I can not give specific details about the rebuilds. I do know that they have less than 10,000 miles on them and they work perfect...with no oil usage, smoke, rattles, knocks, slippage, noise...etc. It has a 7-1/4 rear end, with 294 gears. It has dual exhaust with quiet flowmaster mufflers and the Mopar Factory Tips. This is a Power Disc Brake Car with big bolt pattern Magnum 500 Ralley Wheels, Power Steering...and Air Conditioning. The AC works and blows "cool"..but needs a small amount of R-12 freon to blow "cold". I rebuilt the front suspension...and upgraded the suspension by replacing the lower control arms with a Factory Sway Bar Set Up. I also replaced the pwer steering gear box within the last year because of a little wear in the old box..... It has very good tires and brakes and is a fun car to go cruising in, or go to car shows, and cruise ins... The trunk is very clean and still retains all the interior cover panels. This is no rust in the quarters, doors, fenders, rails, undercarriage, under hood and it is NOT a bondo car. I have owned this car for almost 5 years, and have driven it without any problems to shows, club meetings, and major car events, winning awards and trophies along the way. After going through this car...I have found that the right front fender is the only piece of sheet metal that is not original to the car. The car was either in a minor accident that damaged the "rear portion" of the Right front fender and inner fender splash sheild where the hinge pillar is or the damage to the fender and splash sheild area could have been as simple as a blow out...or ball joint or suspension part failure causing the tire/wheel to creat the damage. There is no damage to the inner feners , firewall, or core support. Everything else from what i can see...is Original. There is some minor surface rust in the passenger floor pan...where the evaporator drain dripped...but it is not bad....and needs only clean up. All interior and exterior lights work. All wiring under dash and under hood and in trunk is very good. The Gas guage works sometime....sometime is doesnt....i think its the ground strap. ALL other guages work perfect. It is NOT perfect 100 point show car...but it is VERY Very Nice almost original 40 Year old Duster....that will show well everywhere it goes. NO TITLE!!! Ignore the title block that EBAY now requires that does NOT include an "OTHER LISTING" Ebay requires it be listed as Clear...Rebuilt..Salvage...or Flood....it is NONE of those....It is being sold AS IS...with no warranties written expressed or implied. It is being sold with a Bill Of Sale only. I have had this car is registered and insured in the state of Georgia for the last 5 years. GEORGIA...does not require titles on cars older than 1985 and will not issue one if you dont have one. When I purchased it...the previous owner had registered it as pre-85 with no title...so the state will not issue a title for the car. They will issue a form that states that Ga is a no title state for cars pre-85 that can be taken to your local registration office and you should be able to get what you need to register it. But again...I AM SELLING IT WITH A BILL OF SALE ONLY.... Buyer is soley responsible for checking on shipping...and making arrangements to have car picked up. I will not check on shipping. Car MUST be removed from my property within 21 days. An Immediate deposit of $1000.00 is due within 24 hours of auction ending. Full payment MUST be received within 10 days, or your deposit will be forefeited and the car will be relisted. I have tried to describe this car as completely as possible. If you buy this car....and come to pick it up IN PERSON (no third party carriers)....and decide that you are not happy with what YOU see....You will receive a FULL refund of the amount paid towards the purchase price in the same manner as you paid as long as you agree to Contact Ebay, and agree to a mutual agreement for cancelling the auction so that I can be reimbursed for my sellers fees. For example...If you send your deposit via Paypal....your Deposit will be refunded through paypal once You contact ebay and advise them of the deal cancellation. If you fail to do this, I will refund your deposit...less sellers fees. There will be NO REFUNDS if YOU personally do not pick up the car. NO REFUNDS will be made once the car leaves my property. There will NO re-imbursement of any kind for fuel, travel, shipping carriers, or transportation costs whatsoever. Again...there is a $1000.00 deposit due within 24 hours of auction ending....Payment in FULL must be made within 10 days...or deposit will be forefeited. Car must be picked up within 21 days. There will be NO REFUNDS after 10 days. The car will not leave my property until payment in full has been made and cleared. That is about as fair as I can be. This car has been advertised locally.
