For your consideration a 2005 Mercedes c320 Sportcoupe with rare manual 6 speed transmission. From what we can tell only a handful of these were imported that year. The c320 is big step up from the c230. It's a six cylinder engine so you won't have to worry about the noisy turbo charger going bad. This is a great little fun to drive car. We bought it about a year ago when we thought we were going to get a Sprinter and wanted an around town car. Turns out we didn't get the Sprinter and this car became redundant. The great news is this car is in good shape and has been well-maintained. It gets 35+ on the highway and something less than that around town. It's peppy and a blast to drive. The issues: The panoramic sunroof didn't work when we got and it still doesn't. Honestly, it never occurred to me to open it. It needs a new key. The one it came with is a bit squirrely when it comes to unlocking the doors from across the street. Sometimes it works; sometimes it doesn't. Service B is also almost due. Depending on what the bid goes up to we may consider getting that taken care of. We're a Mercedes family and have found regular maintenance of these cars to not be a major expense and well worth the effort. Please email questions.
