A DeLorean is one of the most inconic automobiles in existence today.. very popular and well reconized by people of all ages.. whether its from the famous "back to the future" series or the stainless steel body with the controversal history... this classic is truly one of a kind! This DeLorean came straight out of a private collection.. same owner for the past 24 years.. always well maintained and stored in a climate controlled garage.. never seen rain or any other type of "harsh" weather conditions.. driven only a handful times per summer to the local ice cream parlor... people stare in awe and this classic is an instant celebrity when you cruise this "blast from the past" down the road.. The body on this classic is 100% original and in excellent condition.. Very clean and laser straight from top to bottom.. all of the body lines match up nice.. The stainless steel is in great condition.. very nice factory shine that makes this classic stand out from the normal everyday crowd.. Only a couple of very light swirl marks and a couple of very tiny dings from its age and being driven down the road.. Overall the condition of the body is phenomenal and has a one of a kind appearance cruisin' down the road.. Unfortunately this DeLorean is not equipped with the famous "flux capacitor." This DeLorean has the factory 2.85L 6-cylinder.. The engine is completely stock.. starts right up with a touch of the key and runs nice and smooth.. With starting the engine up and moving it in and around or showroom.. I would say that this DeLorean is a little "cold blooded." Pretty common with these engines and over a 1-2 min span you are ready for the local cruise' The automatic transmission shifts properly.. goes into gear very easily and does not shake or shutter one bit.. Very reliable car that would make a sweet and popular appearance at any classic car show.. The interior in this DMC-12 is in wonderful condition.. carpets, dash, doorpanels, headliner and seats, are all original and showing very minimal wear.. All of the gauges work properly.. doors open with ease.. and the factory radio works well and sounds great! (We also have the original floor mats) The glass is in great shape with no major marks or discoloration.. window seals are nice.. tires have 85% tread left and the original wheels give this DeLorean a very sharp, original stance.
