THIS ITEM IS BEING RE-LISTED DUE TO A NON -PAYING BUYER. An unfortunate casualty of downsizing, this beloved family member needs to find a new home. A perfect example of an unmolested 1974 3.0cs. Runs great with no smoking or leaks. No rust anywhere on the body, the shock towers, under the hood, or in the spare tire well. No cracks on the dash and all of the gauges work including the clock. The automatic transmission was rebuilt less than 1,000 miles ago. The air conditioning blows but not cold. Original Blaupunkt pushbutton radio works on both AM and FM. The front seats need to be redone and the rear seats are in reasonably good shape with a few of the seams starting to show some minor issues. The body is straight with only minor parking lot dings. The trunk has the original tool kit intact with all of the tools still there. All power windows work (agonizingly slowly) as well as the cranks on the vent windows. All glass is intact with no cracks. All the door seals are in good shape and no leaking in the rain. The tires have plenty of tread left on them. The sunroof motor works but the cables need adjustment or replacement in order for the sunroof to open and close properly. I have added an alarm and power locks. The stock steering wheel is not in great shape but is covered and looks and feels fine. I have used this car as my daily driver during the spring and fall each year that I have owned it (7 years) and it never fails to gather attention where ever it goes. I have also driven it on a 750 mile trip recently with absolutely no issues and would have no worries driving it across the country in its present condition. This is a no reserve auction and the car will be sold to the highest bidder. I will help coordinate shipping within the continental US (at buyer’s expense).
