2009 Lightning Blue Metallic Mini Cooper with a Dual overhead cam 1.6 liter, 16-valve inline 4 cylinder engine (118 hp) 6-speed manual Getrag transmission. This car comes with a 3 year/36,000 mile Maintenance Program (it does transfer to the new owner) 4 year/50,000 mile limited warranty, a 12 year rust perforation limited warranty and a 4 year/unlimited mile MINI Roadside Assistance Program The estimated EPA Fuel Economy is 28 City MPG, and 37 Highway MPG. I can tell you in the life of the car (26,000 miles), the car has averaged 35 MPG. As you can tell, the car has been driven mostly highway miles. I am the second owner, and I bought it in 2009, with around 15,000 miles, so in two years, I have driven the car about 10,500 miles. 1,500 miles of which I drove from Orlando to Kansas when I bought the car, and 3,600 miles on a recent trip to Oregon and back. The engine is spotless, with the car having been serviced ONLY by authorized BMW/Mini Cooper Dealers in the 3 year/36,000 mile Maintenance Program. It has had regular service at Baron Mini Cooper Dealership(Kansas City, MO) for it's time in the Midwest. I recently had a local dealership detail the car out in prep for it's sale. The dealer could tell it was a great car in great condition, because of the lack of wear in places a 2009 car should have at this point. The interior is in almost new condition (meaning that I can't find any flaws). Exterior paint has some rock chips on the front, but any car, driven 26,000 miles, will have. Having said that, the paint job looks great. There is a very small ding on the driver's side that you really must look for to find. The rubber edge/stripping/gasket on the edge of the driver's door is loose, and could be reglued. I am being hypercritical of my car, so that there will be NO surprises to the new owner. I love this car, and really don't want to sell it. . .but we need money to work on our farm house. The title is clear. I'm letting it go for $19,000. Kelley's Bluebook listed it at $19,372, but this did not include: $2900 custom stereo system Sirius Radio tinted windows mini cooper floor mats (over $3200 in extra add ons, when added to the Blue Book Value, would equal: $22,572!) So, our asking price is around $3000 under the actual value! If a dealer was selling this car, I doubt you would be buying it this cheaply. This is a great car for whomever buys it.
