Beautifully restored 1959 Edsel Corsair 2dr hardtop. This low milage, 42700 miles, car was pampered its whole life and was slowly brought back to its present condition. It is powered by the 361 V8 and the optional dual range automatic transmission. The motor and transmission have not been rebuilt but all parts such the water pump, generator, fuel pump, etc have been rebuilt or replaced with nos replacements. The interior is all original and in near perfect shape. The seats have been preserved under clear plastic seat covers. The exterior is finished in its original color of Jetstream blue and white. The paint is very nice but there are a few very small scratches. All chrome exterior parts have been refinished. The tires are new radial wide white walls. There are several important factory options such as the dual range automatic transmission, remote outside mirror, brake warning light, power steering, power brakes, dial temp heating system, windshield washer, spinner hubcaps,and non-glare rearview mirror. This car came from one of the largest Edsel collections in the northwest and was a show winner in almost every venue it entered. It runs and drives as new and is a pleasure to drive. There will be no disapointments as this is probably one of the finest Corsairs left!
