Up for ******NO RESERVE****** Auction is this 1974 Ford E-300 One Ton Custom Hippie Dippie Weatherman Van (for those of you George Carlin Fans).....This truly is a Time Capsule that I sure wish my Wife would Understand....If it had a toilet, I'd probably be living in it.....Regardless, I'm selling it.....Where do I start? She is Powered by Fords Best Engine ever..... 302 cu. in. 2 bbl, linked up with a Three on the Tree, Manual 3 spd. Tranny , WITH POWER STEERING (an absolute must with 3 spd.) Engine, tranny, clutch all work fine....Van has Headers linked up with a Nice sounding Tuned Dual Exhaust System.......Just rebuilt carb. and replaced PS Belt....All fluids good to go.....Front end has some play....Bushings look a bit worn....Tires and Brakes All Fine......This van Starts Right up with one pump of the gas even after sitting a while....Body is in good shape with No Rust....Paint could use a Good Waxin but still takes a shine....Original Paint....You can see the MURAL in the pics as well as the "Welcome to the Machine" Graphics.....Just Pop in your Favorite Pink Floyd Tape and All is Good.....The Original Owner of this Van Really had something for Extra Lighting....There are many toggle switches that Illuminate This Van Like you've never seen before....Lights Everywhere including underneath.....The interior is in good shape....A Totally Smoke Free Van....Some of the carpet in the rear on the ceiling is starting to fall a bit....Needs to be tacked back up.....Everything with the exception of some interior lights work.....If You're looking for a Retro Van in it's Original Unrestored Condition, This is it.
