You are bidding on a 1978 Pontiac Trans Am in excellent condition! A black car shows everything and this car looks incredible! This is not a Run of the Mill Trans Am. This is a gorgeous, black on black, PHS documented Trans Am 400/220+ HP 4-Speed, numbers matching, magnificent muscle car! This car is a show stopper! Taken to bare metal. Windows taken out and resealed. New, very high quality base coat clear coat paint and decals. New deluxe vinyl upholstery, carpet, headliner, door panels, weatherstripping and exhaust system. Original 15x8 snowflake wheels refinished to factory specifications. All of the gauges work. The tach works great. All the lights, turn signals, hazards work as they should. You will be impressed with the interior! The engine compartment is also in excellent condition. The W72 400 engine, (which is the best and most powerful engine available for the T/A), has been gone through and is in excellent running condition. Odometer reads 27k, although more than likely flipped at 100k like most classic cars. The car is very fun to drive and has rare factory options like the W72 performance package as mentioned above, the WS6 performance handling package,4-speed trans and (Fisher T-tops). This car came factory ordered without A/C and cruise control which makes for a very clean and simple engine compartment. Car has no vibrations or pulling, handles great and feels very tight.
