Vehicle Detail

Okay...You have seen the rest now buy the best :-) I have owned this car for 25 years and I'm the 3rd Owner (and that something for it being 81 years old...I bought it in my early twenties). This car was purchased from an Estate in Las Vegas and I was told by the previous owner that it car from Hollywood CA and was used in some early movies :-) Can't confirm this but it make a get story... I had this car restored 12 years ago and it cost me a ton...I hate to sell this little beauty but I need to make room. I'm a serious collector and I'm as anal as can be about my cars... I love them and wish I could keep them all but with my kids in College now it's time to give a few up (tuition is very expensive). Now what is wrong with the car... Not much! there are a couple of small paint chips here and there but you don't notice. I really recommend anyone who wants to come and see this car. I'm an hour northeast of Atlanta, GA. One thing that is missing is one of the original cut glass wings fell off (drivers side) wile driving the other day and broke into a 100 pieces (made me sick) but what are you going to do...they make reproduction but they are not as nice. I've been told this is an early '31 Deluxe Roadster. As you can see it has dual side mount spares and the neat thing about them is they have (I'm told) very rare nickel chrome and painted tire covers! As you can see from the pictures this gem even has optional original manifold heater. The spotlight is original and works (all the lights do)!! Paint is in great shape...Washington Blue with another milker blue (forget what the call it) and straw (color) pin-striping and wire wheels. I replaced all the carpets. Pictures don't show one in front but there is. 6 volt system with new battery. I'm sure I'm leaving a ton out about this wonderful little car... much nicer in person then pictures show. I love the rumble (mother-in-law) seat. My kids love seating back there. If you are a serious buyer and want to discuss that fine. Please send me a message and I'll call you. I love to talk cars. I now I've been all over the place with my description and have not done a very good job articulating...so my apologies. What I can say is if you love motoring then you will love this car. Now a couple of Housekeeping items: Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer... $500 deposit (PayPal) due 24 hours after auction ends with final payment due within 7 days. Car and/or title will not leave until funds clear my bank. I reserve the right to end auction at any time as I have several local person interested. All I ask is if you end up with my car you take care of her...Please don't turn her into a hotrod :-) Again I'm sure I have left a lot off so if you want to ask questions I'll try to answer and post for other the best I can. Best Regards, CEH
