Introduction To The Re-Designed 2009 3-Series
After four full years on the market, you'd think someone would have come up with an entry-level luxury car to rival the current BMW 3 Series. Perhaps by now an automaker would have bribed a BMW engineer to fork over the blueprints, or maybe had its CEO take a 3 Series, hand it to his engineers and say, "Here, copy this." Indeed, the 3 Series is often imitated, but somehow it's never been duplicated. For unparalleled driving excellence, the 2010 BMW 3 Series is still where it's at. As is typically the case, BMW has
relentlessly improved this 3 Series since its debut in 2006.
Safety
Standard safety equipment on the 2009 BMW 3 Series includes antilock disc brakes, stability control, front-seat side airbags and full-length side curtain
airbags. The convertible lacks the side curtains, but the regular front side
airbags extend up to head level and there are also pop-up rollover hoops. The
stability control system integrates several features designed to improve
braking performance, such as periodically wiping the brake rotors dry when the windshield wipers are in use and automatically snugging the pads to the rotors when the driver abruptly lifts off the throttle. In government crash tests, the sedan and wagon received four out of five stars for frontal collision protection and five stars for side protection. The Insurance Institute for Highway Safety gave the 3 Series the top rating of "Good" in its frontal-offset crash test. The 3 Series also scored a "Good" for side crash protection except for the convertible, which received the second-lowest "Marginal" score.
Prior damage
Regarding the history of this car We bought it from an Insurance Company. Pictures of the actual damage can be provided upon request. All repairs were done by a professional auto body specialized in BMW and Mercedes. We personally test drive all of out cars for at least 200 miles to make sure everything is in working condition and that we will deliver a vehicle that is road ready and in need of nothing.
This BMW comes with a California salvage certificate. All safety inspection
have been passed and it now ready to be registered.
For buyers out side California
Please note that we can also obtain a rebuilt title for this vehicle upon buyer's
request. Registration process for a vehicle with a rebuilt title is identical
to the one with a clean title. Nothing extra is required to register a vehicle
with a rebuilt title . NO inspections are required with a rebuilt title. Cost
for getting a rebuilt title is $200. This process will take up to 14 days and
will be started only after full payment has been made
WHAT DOES REBUILT OR SALVAGE TITLE MEANS
Many people are not familiar with the Salvage or Rebuilt title, below is a
brief explanation of the "Salvage verses Rebuilt Title" terminology:
Salvage title basically means that the insurance company decided not to fix the car and paid off the owner. By declaring a car "Total Loss”, Insurance
Company is taking themselves out of any liability issues in the future. Does
that means the car is totaled, not always. Sometimes the car has minor damage but the parts are very expensive. Sometimes the owner does not want to get the vehicle repaired and depending on the Insurance Company and the year of the car, Insurance will pay off the owner. If the car gets stolen then Insurance has thirty days to recover the vehicle, if the car is not recovered in thirty days, Insurance pays off the owner and once the car is recovered, it is brought to the auction as a Total Loss vehicle even if it did not have any damage on it. Payment Information
: If you are the winning bidder, you must contact us within 24 hours of winning the auction to set up payment arrangements. We require a $500 non-refundable deposit within twenty-four (24) hours of winning the auction. This deposit can be made through PayPal to 1127motors@gmail.com. In the alternative, you can make your deposit via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or wire transfer. If the deposit is not received within the required timeframe and alternative arrangements are not made, we reserve the right to make the vehicle available for sale to another buyer. The remaining balance is due within five days of making the deposit. You must fax us your state issued driver’s license after you make the deposit. As final payment for the vehicle, we will accept a certified bank check, bank loan check, wire transfer, or cash. We will not release the vehicle and/or title until funds clear. If you pay cash, you can pickup the vehicle immediately. If you pay by wire transfer the vehicle will be available for pickup once funds are available in our account. If you pay by bank check, you will have to wait nine (9) business days until the funds clear. If payment is made using a check we will hold all vehicles and titles for nine (9) days or until the funds clear.
Bidder’s Age
: You must be 18 years of age or older to bid.
Storage Terms
: Once a vehicle has been paid for in full, we will store it free of charge for five (5) calendar days and at ten ($10) dollars per day after that.
Liquidated Damages
: In the event that the winning bidder refuses to honor his/her obligation to purchase the vehicle, we shall be entitled to liquidated damages from that bidder in the amount of two thousand dollars plus two hundred dollars per one thousand dollars of the total purchase price of the vehicle.
Sales Tax & Other Fees
: Depending on the jurisdiction of your residence, the vehicle may be subject to a sales tax.

: ALL California buyers are responsible for registration and taxes at the time of sale.
